The Four Types of Resources

The first type of a resource would be land or in other words natural resources. This would consist of things that are both living and non living. Some examples of living objects would be trees and animals, non living objects would be fossil fuels, air, or metals.
A second type of resource is labor. Labor is basically a human resource which can defined as being physical or intellectual. This definition would describe people like construction workers or ministers.

A third resource is physical capital. Physical capital describes anything that is manufactured by machines. So cars and different types of technology would fit into this category.
A fourth and final resource would be human capital. This resource describes the education someone receives  in order to do occupation. Most jobs need some type or form of education like teachers or a lawyer.
